Soul Winning Database
Everyone you pray with in the community — in one grid, with follow-up that doesn't get forgotten.
A full-width database of the people your church meets and prays with: who they are, where you met them, whether they said the sinner's prayer, whether they were baptized in the Holy Ghost, and whether they've visited yet. It's the app my church uses every week.
- One grid — name, phone, address, where you spoke, date, said the prayer, Holy Ghost, visited church, OK to text — with a green check or red x on every yes/no
- A Harvest Dashboard: counts, filters, and a where-we-met-by-stage sheet
- A said-the-prayer tally for outreaches where people pray but give you no information
- QR visitor check-in — a first-time visitor scans it and their first visit is marked
- Sign-in accounts with roles (viewer, commenter, editor, admin) and a change log of who did what
- Optional follow-up texts to people who said yes to texts, set up per church
The picture and the demo are the Soul Winning app itself, with made-up people — nothing is saved or texted, and reloading resets it. My church's own copy is private: team sign-in only.
